Rough Edges is becoming something new!

After five years of sharing honest conversations about the intersection of faith and mental health, the Rough Edges podcast has now evolved into Whole Without Hiding.
This transition comes from an expanded desire to not only talk about faith and mental health but to help women (primarily women of color) to unmask and stop people-pleasing, shrinking, sacrificing their rest and minimizing their needs to prioritize the needs of others.
The core mission of Whole Without Hiding stems from having honest conversations about faith, mental health, identity and healing in order to create a safe space for women of color to live in their purpose and become who God created them to be.

Rough Edges is not disappearing, it is evolving into an ecosystem that’s comprised of many parts:
The Whole Without Hiding Podcast: an audio and video podcast where I continue to share about my mental health journey while incorporating subjects in perfectionism, shrinking, emotional regulation, gaining spiritual awareness, and more.
The Gathering: A live space that currently takes place on Tik Tok on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30PM Eastern. Here, I host live groups and analyze select topics such as being the strong woman, not giving up our seats at the table, examining the masks that we wear, and more. Replays of selected live conversations are available on YouTube.
Writings and publications: This blog as well as personal writings and updates are available here and on Substack. You can join the email list on Substack for exclusive updates like this and musings from me and my healing journey.
Speaking and Growth Opportunities: This section leaves room for speaking opportunities for me to share my experiences on a wider scale and help women more broadly. This also includes updates on Whole Without Hiding virtual and in-person events.
I’m grateful to Rough Edges for paving the way for me to have these important conversations and to share my story on this platform. My prayer is that Whole Without Hiding will continue to grow and carry on the legacy of Rough Edges and use that legacy as a foundation for a generational impact in faith and mental health communities.
Same mission. Bigger vision.
